She has worked with various indoor percussion ensembles and has served as a juror, most recently as a juror at the Minnesota Percussion Ensemble Association's annual Winter Music Festival in St. Paul.

Since 2008 Brandon has had the opportunity to work with several award-winning high school programs in the Minnesota Percussion Ensemble Association. After the 2015 competition season, he moved to Indianapolis, Indiana, where he joined several prestigious high schools and programs, including the Indiana High School Marching Band, the University of Indiana Marching Band and the UC Davis Marching and Grove Bands. Most recently, Matt took a three-year break from Minnesota and returned to Texas, where she worked as a member of the percussion department of the Texas Performing Arts Center and was founding designer and coordinator for a number of music schools in Texas and Texas.

The Sigler have become a crowd favorite among Midwestern country fans, and the band's leadership has earned them national and regional awards, as well as national recognition as one of the country's best marching bands.
